How to Request Support

Contact Us Before Attempting a Repair or Return

You do not need to identify the failed component before contacting us. Describe what happened and avoid unsafe checks, disassembly, modification, or repair attempts.

Contact us with your order number, product model, and a clear description of the issue. Where useful, we may request photographs, a short video, product identification, or safe basic checks so we can assess the case and explain the appropriate next step.

Legal rights come first. Support remains available after delivery.

For purchases made directly through KuKirin Mobility, we remain available for product questions, troubleshooting, replacement parts, eligible returns, warranty requests, and after-sales assistance.

Important Consumer Rights

Customers may have mandatory legal rights relating to conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the consumer law that applies to their purchase.

Where European Union consumer law applies, new consumer goods are generally covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity starting from delivery. Some national laws may provide longer or additional protection.

The 6-month and 1-year periods shown below are additional commercial warranty benefits provided through KuKirin Mobility. They do not replace, restrict, shorten, or otherwise affect mandatory legal rights.

When Something Is Not Right

Four Simple Steps

Submit a Support Request

Email us with your order number, product model, and a clear description of the issue.

Provide Relevant Information

Photos, a short video, packaging images, serial information, or other details may help us understand the situation.

Technical Review

We may suggest safe basic checks or request additional information before determining the appropriate next step.

Available Remedy

Depending on the case, the solution may involve guidance, a part, repair, replacement, return, price reduction, or refund.

Please contact us promptly for arrival or transit problems.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or apparently defective, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 14 calendar days. This helps preserve delivery evidence and does not remove mandatory rights available after that period.

Eligibility conditions and exclusions

Commercial warranty coverage applies only to confirmed defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, during the stated period, for eligible products purchased directly through KuKirin Mobility. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, collision or impact damage, overloading, water exposure beyond the product's stated protection rating, failure to follow essential charging, use, maintenance or storage instructions, or unsafe or unauthorised modification, disassembly or repair. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These periods describe our voluntary commercial warranty only. A longer or broader statutory claim may still remain available under applicable law.

How We May Put Things Right

The Solution Depends on the Issue

We assess each case based on the product condition, available evidence, technical findings, this commercial warranty, and applicable consumer law.

Possible warranty remedies and when they may apply
Possible Solution When It May Be Appropriate
Guidance or troubleshooting Where the issue may be resolved safely through setup, adjustment, inspection, or clear technical steps.
Replacement part Where a specific component can reasonably and safely resolve the issue.
Repair or replacement Where required by applicable law or appropriate under the commercial warranty.
Return, price reduction, or refund Where repair or replacement is unavailable, unsuitable, delayed, disproportionate, or otherwise gives rise to such a remedy under law.

Where consumer law requires a free remedy for a covered lack of conformity, eligible postage, labour, materials, repair, or replacement costs will be handled accordingly.

Normal Use and Wear

Wear Parts Are Different From Defective Parts

Tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, and similar consumable parts naturally wear through ordinary use. Normal deterioration is not covered by the voluntary commercial warranty.

This does not apply where a wear part was defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming at delivery, or where applicable consumer law provides another remedy.

Commercial Warranty Exclusions

What the Voluntary Warranty Does Not Cover

The following exclusions apply only to the additional commercial warranty. They do not remove mandatory rights relating to a covered defect or lack of conformity.

  • Misuse, abuse, collision, accident, or impact damage;
  • Water exposure beyond the product's stated protection rating;
  • Overloading or use outside stated product limits;
  • Failure to follow essential use, charging, maintenance, or storage instructions;
  • Unsafe or unauthorised modification, disassembly, or repair;
  • Improper storage or unsuitable environmental conditions;
  • Normal wear and tear; or
  • Altered, removed, or mismatched identification information where this prevents reasonable product or coverage verification.
Reasonable Information

What We May Ask For

To identify the purchase and understand the issue, we may ask for reasonable information such as:

Purchase and Product Details

  • Order number or confirmation email
  • Product model
  • Serial number or frame number
  • Controller, battery, or product code where relevant

Information About the Issue

  • A clear written description
  • Photos or a short video where available
  • Packaging and shipping-label images for transit damage
  • Diagnostic details or results of reasonable checks

An inability to provide one particular photograph, video, document, or identifier does not automatically remove a mandatory consumer right. Some issues may require inspection, return, collection, or another reasonable assessment method.

Repairs, Parts and Returns

Please Wait for Written Instructions Before Shipping Anything

Do not send a scooter, battery, charger, or other component to any address without written return, repair, or inspection instructions.

Where a return, collection, repair, or inspection is required, we will provide the appropriate European return location, transport method, packaging guidance, and return label where applicable.

Returns and refunds are also governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

After the Commercial Warranty Period

After-Sales Assistance May Still Be Available

After the voluntary commercial warranty period has ended, reasonable paid after-sales assistance may still be available where possible.

  • Paid replacement parts may be available;
  • Paid repair or technical support may be available; and
  • Parts, labour, transport, or shipping charges will be explained before proceeding.

Out-of-warranty assistance does not affect a mandatory legal claim that remains valid under applicable law.

Purchases From Other Sellers

Please Contact the Seller Named on Your Order

This commercial warranty policy applies to eligible products purchased directly through KuKirin Mobility.

For a product purchased through Amazon, another marketplace, another retailer, or another website, the seller identified on the order confirmation is normally responsible for the transaction and statutory seller obligations.
