If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery.

- Scooter body code, frame number, or product serial number if available
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Packaging photos if the carton is damaged
If the issue is confirmed, we will help with a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, this may include replacement parts, repair support, missing parts, return support, refund, or another fair solution.
Warranty Coverage
This commercial warranty support applies to confirmed defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The support period starts from the purchase date and requires valid proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Not every issue can be fully confirmed remotely. In some cases, we may ask for additional information, photos, videos, or serial numbers.
Wear Parts
Wear parts are not covered for normal use deterioration under the commercial warranty. These include, but are not limited to:
- Tires and inner tubes
- Brake pads and similar consumables
- Other parts subject to normal wear
If a wear part arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within the 14-day arrival issue period.
What Is Not Covered
The commercial warranty does not cover problems caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or impact damage
- Riding in heavy rain, water ingress, or water-related damage
- Overloading, excessive climbing, or use on unsuitable terrain
- Failure to follow the user manual for use, maintenance, or storage
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
- Improper storage or use in unsuitable environments
- Normal wear and tear
- Altered or mismatched invoice, model, or serial information
