Where We Ship
KuKirin Mobility ships to selected European markets. Available delivery countries, delivery options, estimated delivery dates, and shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Some remote areas, islands, PO boxes, military addresses, and restricted delivery zones may not be supported. If delivery is not available for your address, the checkout page will show this before payment.
Warehouse and Dispatch
Scooter orders are fulfilled through our European warehouse and logistics partner network where stock is available. Warehouse availability may vary by product model, stock status, delivery country, order verification, and warehouse capacity.
Order Processing
Order processing time is normally 1 business day before dispatch after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability, order verification, weekends, holidays, and warehouse capacity.
Logistics Partners
Depending on the destination and delivery arrangement, orders may be delivered by DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, GLS, or other regional logistics partners.

Standard Delivery After Dispatch
Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch for available delivery areas. This estimate applies after order processing has been completed and the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
The final shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before payment.
Free Shipping
Orders of €29.99 or above qualify for free shipping where delivery is available.
Standard Shipping
Orders from €0.00 to €29.98 have a €10 standard shipping fee.
If any delivery restrictions, shipping fees, taxes, or additional charges apply to your address, they will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Taxes, Customs, and Additional Fees
Any applicable shipping fees, taxes, or additional charges will be shown at checkout where applicable before payment. If you have questions about the total cost shown at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking does not update for an extended period, please contact our support team for assistance.
Delivery Issues
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the outer packaging, and photos or videos showing the product condition.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address, delivery country, postal code, email address, and phone number are correct before placing an order. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, refusal, failure to collect the package, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping or return costs may apply.
Delayed Delivery
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. If your delivery is delayed or your tracking has not updated for a long period, please contact us and we will help check the next step with the carrier where reasonably possible.
Lost, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is lost, returned to sender, or marked as undeliverable, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the case and assist with the carrier where possible.
If the issue was caused by incorrect customer information, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping or return costs may apply.
Order Changes and Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Because orders may be processed quickly, order changes or cancellations are usually only possible before the order has been shipped or dispatched.
If the order has already been shipped or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-shipment cancellation. You may request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy .
