6. Orders and Contract Formation

The delivery range shown at checkout, in the order confirmation, or in tracking information is the primary estimate for the individual order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointment times.

Delays may occur because of weather, peak periods, carrier disruption, transport restrictions, inaccurate delivery information, remote-area limitations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where we arrange delivery, responsibility for loss of or damage to the goods remains with us until you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them, subject to applicable law.

A different rule may apply where you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered or arranged by us, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Please contact us promptly if you wish to change or cancel an order. A pre-dispatch change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once warehouse or carrier processing has begun.

After dispatch or delivery, eligible cancellations, withdrawals, returns, refunds, repairs, replacements, and other remedies are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and applicable law.

Please contact customer support before sending a product back so that we can provide the correct European warehouse address and return instructions for the order. The Hong Kong registered business address is not automatically a product return address.

A request for photographs, video, serial information, or other reasonable evidence is intended to help us assess a delivery, defect, warranty, or return issue. An inability to provide a particular item does not automatically remove any mandatory consumer right.
