An automated order confirmation confirms only that we have received your order. It does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted.

A purchase contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise clearly confirm that your order has been accepted.

Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

Range, speed, charging time, hill-climbing ability and other performance figures are based on particular testing conditions or published product specifications.

Actual performance may vary depending on factors including rider weight, riding style, terrain, gradients, weather, temperature, battery condition, tyre pressure, selected settings and maintenance.

5. Prices and Payment

The total price payable, including applicable taxes and any delivery charges, will be shown at checkout before you submit the order.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be fulfilled. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, currency and the payment services available at checkout.

Promotional offers, discounts and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, validity period and availability.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before accepting the order to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected order and refund any amount already collected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Please contact us before returning any product. Do not send a scooter, battery, charger, accessory or other item to an address that has not been confirmed for your specific return.

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from its confirmed description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details.

We may request reasonable photographs, videos, serial-number information or other evidence necessary to assess the issue.

9. Warranty

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
